These terms are an agreement between you and Nathan Davis trading as ClutchIQ (ABN 48 634 493 528) (“we”, “us”), the operator of ClutchIQ, a service based in New South Wales, Australia.

By creating an account, starting a trial, paying for a subscription, or using ClutchIQ, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What ClutchIQ is — and is not
ClutchIQ is an esports odds comparison and historic-edge tool. Counter-Strike 2 is first. It shows upcoming fixtures, historical player and team statistics, third-party sportsbook odds, and a statistical “edge” figure that compares historical hit rate to implied probability from a published or pasted price.
ClutchIQ is not a sportsbook. We do not:
- accept, place, or process wagers
- hold money for betting
- offer a bet slip, betting account, or payouts
- act as a bookmaker or gambling operator
- guarantee that any outcome will occur, or that any “edge” will be profitable
All content is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not financial advice, gambling advice, a tip, or a recommendation to bet. If you bet with a licensed sportsbook, that is a separate relationship between you and that operator. We are not a party to those bets.
2. Eligibility and age
You must be at least 18 years old to use ClutchIQ. Legal gambling age is higher than 18 in some places (for example 19 in Ontario and 21 for sports betting in many US states). If you use this research to gamble with a licensed operator, you are also responsible for meeting the legal age and any other rules that apply there.
3. Accounts
Access to research features requires an account with an active trial or paid subscription. There is no free tier. Authentication is provided by Supabase. You must use an email you control, keep sign-in details confidential, and tell us if you think the account has been misused. We may close accounts used for abuse, chargeback fraud, or sharing logins to avoid paying.
4. Subscriptions, trial, and billing
- Monthly: USD $12 per month
- Annual: USD $99 per year
Prices are stated in US dollars. ClutchIQ is not currently registered for GST, so Australian GST is not added to these prices. If that changes, we will say so before we charge GST.
Both plans include a 7-day trial that requires a payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically to the paid plan you chose and Stripe charges that payment method. Paid plans renew until you cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current trial or paid period. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused days, except where Australian Consumer Law or another law that cannot be excluded requires it.
Cancel from the billing area of the product (Stripe Customer Portal) or by emailing clutchiq@proton.me from the account address. Deleting your account cancels any Stripe subscription immediately and ends access at once — that is different from cancelling renewal and keeping access until period end.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your full card number, CVV, or bank account number. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access until payment succeeds. If you dispute a charge with your bank while still using the service, we may suspend the account while that is resolved.
5. The research content, including “edge”
Numbers are computed from third-party data (currently BO3.gg and OpticOdds) and our own calculations. “Edge” is a statistical comparison, not a prediction of certainty and not a promise of profit. Historical hit rate is not a guarantee of future results. Sample sizes can be small. Odds, line-ups, maps, patches, and tournament conditions change. Data can be late, incomplete, or wrong.
Australia shows sportsbooks licensed in Australia only. UK and US also include international books. Global is the full offshore basket; those books may be illegal where you live. Do not use this site as the sole basis for betting decisions. Do not bet money you cannot afford to lose.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service if you are under 18
- scrape, copy, or republish our pages or calculated data at scale, or resell access
- try to bypass the paywall, 18+ confirmation, or authentication
- probe or attack the service, other users, or our processors
- present ClutchIQ as a sportsbook, or imply that we take bets
7. Intellectual property
We own the ClutchIQ name, site design, software, and the way we present calculated research. Third-party data remains the property of its providers. Team names, player names, logos, and tournament marks belong to their owners. We use them to identify matches and statistics, not to claim any affiliation with Valve, tournament organisers, teams, or sportsbooks.
8. Responsible gambling
Betting can cause harm. ClutchIQ does not take bets, but we still provide responsible gambling resource links. Those organisations are independent of us. Nothing on this site should be read as encouragement to chase losses. See Responsible gambling.
9. Privacy
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We collect email, region, 18+ confirmation, and subscription metadata. Stripe processes payments. We do not store card details. Supabase provides authentication.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The service and all research content are provided as is and as available, for informational and entertainment purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that any edge, hit rate, or odds figure is accurate, complete, or current, or that using the service will result in betting profits. We do not exclude any consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for betting losses, lost profits, or decisions you make based on content on this site
- we are not liable for the acts of sportsbooks, data providers, Stripe, Supabase, or other third parties
- our total liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription in the 12 months before the claim, or to re-supplying the service, at our election where the law allows
This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law where a limitation is not permitted.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms, except to the extent we caused the loss.
13. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close the service or your account if you break these terms, we have to do so for legal or security reasons, or we stop offering the product. If we permanently discontinue ClutchIQ, we will stop future charges. We will not be obliged to refund unused time except where the law requires it. You may close your account by cancelling and using account deletion, as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The last-updated date will change. For material changes we will post the new terms and, where appropriate, email you. If you continue to use the service after the new terms take effect, you agree to them. If you do not agree, cancel and stop using the service.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the laws of Australia that apply there. Australian consumers also keep the protections of the Australian Consumer Law. Courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction, except that you may also bring a consumer claim in the courts of the place where you live if that right cannot be waived.
