ClutchIQ (“we”, “us”, “the service”) is an esports odds comparison and historic-edge tool operated by Nathan Davis trading as ClutchIQ (ABN 48 634 493 528), based in New South Wales, Australia.

ClutchIQ is not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, process bets, or hold betting funds. We also do not store your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe.
1. What this policy covers
This policy covers personal information we handle when you create an account, start a trial or paid subscription, confirm you are 18 or older, agree to these terms, contact us, or use the research pages.
Match statistics and sportsbook odds come from third-party data providers. Those datasets are about teams, players, and matches, not about you.
2. What we collect

If you sign in with Google, Supabase receives the email on that Google account. We do not request your Google contacts, calendar, or a public profile photo for ClutchIQ.
We do not collect or store full card numbers, CVV codes, bank account numbers, government ID, date of birth, betting slips, wager amounts, sportsbook account details, or your precise location.
Hosting and security: Vercel may process IP address, browser type, and the URL you requested. We also store a client key derived from your IP, plus a timestamp, in a short-lived rate-limit table so login, signup, and checkout cannot be hammered. Those rows expire with the rate-limit window.
3. How we use this information
We use personal information to authenticate your account, provide the trial or paid tool, record the 18+ confirmation, process subscriptions, send essential service messages (password reset, trial ending, payment failed), respond to requests, and protect the service. We do not sell your personal information. We do not run an advertising network. We do not send marketing email unless you later ask for it.
4. Payments (Stripe)
Paid access is USD $12 per month or USD $99 per year, each with a 7-day trial that requires a payment method. Stripe processes all payments. You enter card details on Stripe’s form. We never store card details on ClutchIQ servers. Stripe may store a payment-method token so the trial can convert and renewals can run. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
If you delete your ClutchIQ account we cancel any Stripe subscription immediately and delete your login. Stripe keeps the customer and invoice records it is required to retain for tax, dispute, and financial-record purposes.
5. Authentication (Supabase)
Supabase provides authentication and the account database. Email, hashed credentials, session tokens, and the billing profile (region, subscription status, age confirmation timestamp) are stored there. See Supabase’s privacy policy.

7. Cookies and similar storage
These are required for the service to work. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Sharing
We share personal information only with the processors above, if the law requires it, to protect someone’s safety or our legal rights, or if we transfer the service to a new operator (we would tell you). We do not share your information with sportsbooks. We do not sell lists of users.
9. International processing
The operator is in New South Wales, Australia. Stripe, Supabase, and Vercel may process data in the United States and other countries. If you use ClutchIQ from the UK, EU, US, Canada, or elsewhere, your information may be processed outside the country you live in.
10. Retention
We keep account email, region, and subscription status while the account exists. After deletion we keep only what billing, fraud, or law requires — typically up to 7 years for financial records in Australia, shorter for data that is not a financial record. Rate-limit rows last for the request window only. You can delete your account from signed-in settings.
11. Your choices and rights
You can access or correct the email and region on your account, cancel a subscription from billing, or delete the account. Depending on where you live you may also have rights under the Australian Privacy Principles (if they apply), UK/EU data protection law, or US state privacy laws. Email clutchiq@proton.me to use those rights. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder. We aim to respond within 30 days.
12. Children
ClutchIQ is for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have an account for a person under 18, email clutchiq@proton.me and we will delete it.
13. Security
We use Stripe, Supabase, and Vercel, HTTPS, and we do not store card details. No online service is perfectly secure. Do not send card numbers to us by email.
14. Complaints
Email clutchiq@proton.me first. In Australia you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. In the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.
15. Changes
We may update this policy. The last-updated date will change. For material changes we will post the new policy here and, where appropriate, email the address on your account.
